McNulty who served the department in 1912 and the foundation of McNulty Lofts sits on the block that was once the city's first fire station back in 1890. 

Enter the building on 2nd St. S through the security entry and enter the common space with kitchen, and lounge area. There is also an office/conference room which is a great place to meet and have some privacy. The gym is also located on the 1st floor by the elevator. One great feature of this building is the secure guest parking! McNulty Lofts is located near USF St Petersburg campus, Al Lang Stadium home of the Tampa Bay Rowdies, and tons of shopping and restaurants.
